BCMS Family Update

Dear BCMS Families,
Thank you to all of our families for helping make Spirit Week such a fun and memorable experience at BCMS. We saw some truly creative expressions of school spirit throughout the week. Between holiday wear, pajamas, and ugly sweaters, our students and staff were definitely dressed to impress!
Our “Anything But a Backpack” Day was also a huge success. Students came up with some incredibly creative ways to carry their belongings, including Home Depot buckets, laundry baskets, transformed Costco packages, and even pillowcases. It was wonderful to see so much enthusiasm, creativity, and school spirit on display.

Our Student Council and Team Leaders have also been busy planning a Winter Celebration Day for our half day on Tuesday. Students are encouraged to bring a snack that day, or they may purchase one from Student Council. Students will attend their normally scheduled Encore and PE classes, and will also have opportunities to participate in other activities throughout the day, including a Door Decorating Contest. We hope this celebration provides a fun opportunity to build community and school spirit as we head into break.

As a final reminder, if you are planning to begin vacation next week and know that your child will not be in attendance, please reach out to us as soon as possible so we can ensure accurate attendance for all students.

Thank you again for your continued partnership and support. Have a wonderful weekend!

Warmly,
Beth Stanton
Dr. Stanton, Principal
