For students entering 6th grade in September, the State of New Jersey requires documentation of two vaccines. These vaccines are the Tdap and Meningococcal vaccines.
For those children who do not turn 11 years of age until after September, delaying the vaccinations may be necessary. Please consult with your child’s physician if this is the case.
Please submit documentation of your child receiving the vaccines to the Branchburg Central Middle School health office (Attention: School Nurse) prior to the start up of school. Failure to submit documentation of the required vaccinations may result in your child being excluded from school; therefore please follow through in getting this documentation to our office in the timeframe indicated.
